1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the consulting services offered on this website by Apporia Mobile LP, a limited partnership registered in England & Wales under number LP024099, with its registered office at Suite 6053, 128 Aldersgate Street, Barbican, London EC1A 4AE, United Kingdom ("Apporia Mobile", "we", "us").

2. Services

We provide one-off consulting sessions on mobile app growth, user acquisition, monetization, and payment operations, delivered as scheduled video calls of 30 or 60 minutes ("Sessions"). Each Session includes a written follow-up summary as described on the booking page.

3. Booking and payment

• Sessions are booked through the form on this website and paid upfront at the price displayed at checkout (USD).
• Payment is processed by our payment service provider. We do not store your card details.
• Your card statement will show the descriptor APPORIA MOBILE.
• A booking is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email with a calendar invite, normally within one business day.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule a Session free of charge up to 24 hours before its scheduled start by replying to your confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Nature of advice

Sessions provide professional opinions based on the information you share with us. They do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome. You remain solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of a Session.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information you share in connection with a Session as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Materials we prepare for you (summaries, action plans) are yours to use internally. The content of this website is owned by Apporia Mobile LP and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a Session is limited to the amount you paid for that Session. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
