2. What we collect
- Booking details — name, email address, company or app link, session topic, and preferred time, as submitted through the booking form.
- Payment data — payments are processed by our payment service provider. We receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card; full card details never reach our servers.
- Correspondence — emails you exchange with us.
3. Why we process it
- To deliver the Session you booked (performance of a contract).
- To handle payments, refunds, and disputes (contract and legal obligation).
- To keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Retention
Booking and correspondence data is kept for up to 24 months after your last Session. Payment and accounting records are kept for the period required by UK law (normally 6 years).
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to run this service — payment processing, email, and video-conferencing providers — under their own data protection terms, and with authorities where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request data portability. Write to support@apporiamobile.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary functionality is used to display the site and process your booking.
